What we collect, and why
This page explains what Axon Integrated Services ("we", "us") collects through this website, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it under Nigerian data protection law. It covers the site you are reading and the contact form on it. It does not cover the separate contracts and confidentiality terms that govern client project work.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we ask for your name, company, email, phone number, and the message you send. One field, "Website", is hidden and left blank by real visitors. We use it to catch automated spam, and we discard anything entered there.
This site also stores your theme choice, light or dark, in your own browser so the page loads the way you left it. That preference never leaves your device and is never tied to your name.
How we use it
We read your message, reply to it, and use the details you gave us to scope and price the work you asked about. If you don't become a client, we keep just enough to follow up and to hold a basic record of the enquiry.
Who sees it
Your details stay inside Axon. We don't sell them, and we don't share them with third parties for marketing. The people who handle your enquiry are our own staff, and any external tool we use to receive or send email is bound by the same confidentiality we owe you.
How long we keep it
We hold enquiry data only as long as we need it to respond and to keep a reasonable business record, then we delete it. Live project data sits under the terms of the contract for that work, not this notice.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send that request to the address below and we will act on it within the time the law allows. If our response doesn't satisfy you, you can take it to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
